Basic Information

Legal Name: Matthew F.J. Matlock
Gimmick Name: "The Crownless King" Matt Matlock (also known as "The Lone Wolf", and "The Cornered Animal")
Face: Chris Benoit
Announced From: Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada
Birthday: 08/01/1985
Height: 6"3'
Weight: 265 lbs.
Theme Song: "Not Falling" - Mudvayne

Charismatic Make-up

Distinguishing Features: Scraggly facial hair, along with a large amount of body hair and somewhat crooked teeth.
In Ring Attire:
Muscle shirts or t-shirts, jeans, sneakers.
Arena Attire: Leather ball cap, designer sunglasses, a gold chain, and a leather jacket over that night's ring attire.
Crowd Affiliation: Prick

Style: Unique. Matt's style over the years has progressed to a point where it's hard to define it. Those who have wrestled him understand it well, those who haven't have only tapes to watch to try and figure it out. While first and foremost a brawler, Matt is known to be quite agile and technically skilled, with a hell of a mat game, and the ability to take to the air when the time calls for it. Also known for outdoing Ric Flair as being the dirtiest player in the game, and showcasing his strength when the time calls for it. What makes his style unique and hard to figure out is that Matt constantly adapts, and has picked up countless tricks along the way.
Coin Phrase(s): "You will bow before the Crownless King!"
General Attitude:
Generally Matlock thinks of himself as being really great, and he doesn't care too much about what anyone else does or thinks. However he has an immsense sense of pride and loyalty when it comes to PWT and will defend the company against any sort of threat. Otherwise though he will do what he wants.
Absolute Do(s) and Don't(s):
Matlock is still as much of a prick as he ever was. He's not mean, he's just a jackass, and he will act like one, always, in or out of the ring. He will also do whatever he damned well pleases, without caring much for what the fans think. If they like it, they like it. If they don't, they can then too bad. There will also be lots of swearing. Matlock will not fight fair and will pull out an illegal move if he knows he can get away with it. However he will not intentionally DQ himself to get out of a match. It also takes a lot to make him submit. It's not that he never will, but it's a difficult thing to get him to do.
Favorite Match(s): Parking Lot Brawl, Street Fight, Elimination Chamber
Least Favorite Match(s): Triple Threat Match, Submission Match, 6 Person+ Tag Team Match
Taunt: Flips the middle finger.

Detailed Entrance:
Pyro erupts on the stage as "Not Falling" by Mudvayne hits the speakers. Out onto the stage steps the legendary Matt Matlock, as always he is ready to kick some ass. He pauses a moment, looking out over the members of the crowd booing and jeering him as he makes his way down the ramp. Partway down he stops, head down, arms to the side and more pyro goes off down the sides of the ramp. Looking up now at the ringside crowd with a cocky grin, he talks a little trash. He enters the ring, heading to one of the far turnbuckles. He raises both arms in the air as HBK-style pyrotechnics go off in the ring, which go off as soon as he lowers his arms. Hoping down, he prepares for his match.
