Distinguishing Features: Tribal design tattoo between shoulder blades, Cross on inside of right bicep In Ring Attire: Imagine Mr. Kennedy attire, normal wrestling trunks, but usually plain black (will be either white or blue for big events), "DA" on the front in white outlined in blue, with a tribal design on the back, black knee pads and elbow pads, black wrestling boots that meet the knee pads. Black wrist/hand tape. Arena Attire: Could be seen in either a traditional "old school" Duke Andrews look of cowboy boots, jeans, and a flannel shirt with a ball cap, or in a custom tailored suit. Bio: Duke Andrews made his big break a few years back in Professional Wrestling Today before signing on with ICWA, and BUD. After enjoying singles success in both companies, Duke came back after a brief hiatus from the ring, working on his craft at the Van Dam Wrestling Academy. After the last hiatus of PWT, Duke resigned with ICWA, where he and Van Dam maintained a run as Tag Team Champions. Duke most recently worked for Florida State Wrestling where he became one of the top heels in the organization.
Sample Entrance: The lights dim as a white light hits the main tron, reading "Duke Andrews" as "Fire Down Below" by Wayland begins to play. The single guitar playing as the words fade to black. As the song picks up a few seconds later, a highlight clip of Duke plays on the screen.
Duke makes his way slowly down the ramp as the words pick up, wearing a sleeveless black t-shirt with his name across the chest before getting into the ring. Not taunting the fans, but instead focusing on his upcoming opponent. |
